Electric Picks accepts PayPal only. You may use a credit card to pay safely and securely through PayPal, even without a PayPal account. You can pay with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or a bank account. PayPal is the premier secure way to pay online without sharing your financial information.

Shipping
Standard Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 24 business hours.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.  Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Custom items are an exception and shipping varies on customization.  Electric Picks and its affiliates cannot be held liable in any way for the choice of shipping carrier.

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your order.
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Electric Picks, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, or defective merchandise within 5 days of arrival. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.  All custom order pieces and sale items are final sale.
